Don Antonio
The Grupo Los Grandes de Copey project was born in 2011 with the goal of producing the highest quality coffee. Thanks to these families, Salas and Monge, they have the foresight to develop today's Hacienda Copey. Family members are responsible for all the management of the farm, who are responsible for every detail of producing high-quality coffee.
Altitude: 1900 m masl (6233 ft) to 2160masl (7086 ft).
Coffee varieties: each microzone is distinguished by a coffee variety, of which the most common are the lowest red Catuai and Yellow Catuai. The middle place is Villa Sarchi and Villalobos, and the highest place is the geisha.
This year's Don Antonio is a geisha variety, using black honey treatment, emitting a clear aroma of flowers, red fruit, delicate lemon sour taste, is a unique coffee.
Don Antonio won first place in the 2017 COE, second in the 2018 COE and third in the 2019 COE, making it a very stable coffee.
