El Nacimiento No. 1
Until 1998, Job Neel was growing rice, corn and coffee with his family. He bought 22 acres (mostly forest reserves) and started growing coffee. In 2001, he went to work in the United States, where he stayed for seven years, and his father was in charge of the farm. In 2008, Jobs and his wife returned home and began to work hard on the coffee farm.
"El Nacimiento#1" is located in Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara, 1650 Masr above sea level. The varieties he grows are IHCAFE-90, Borbon, Pacas, Parainema and L28. On the farm, they plant trees (Gravilea, Guama, Pino and Gualiqueme) for shade. Their technique is to collect only red cherries and make sure the whole process is done well, and they process it in a fermentor.
Their goal is to have specialty coffee to maintain a good economic level for the fund to collect and quality coffee farms.
