La Sierra
Alma Pineda (Alma Pineda) is a hard-working lady, with the help of her husband, she began to focus on special coffee. Later she planted Pacas, a variety she often used in COE competitions. Her coffee farm, named Finca La Sierra, is located in El Cedral, Santa Barbara, 1450 masl above sea level.
