It is located near the well-known San Pedro Necta area of Vivette Nanguo region, with steep terrain and high elevation. Rosma Manor is located between 1600 and 1800 meters above sea level.

The farm is relatively new and the first crops were planted in 1982. At present, they are planting many varieties, including Catuai,Caturra,Villa Sarchi,Typica and Bourbon.
