Sidamo is one of the three official producing areas of Ethiopia, which used to belong to an important area of the southern ethnic states. On June 18, 2020, Cedama was separated from the southern ethnic states through an independence referendum and became the 10th state of Ethiopia. Because this is a new state, it can hardly be found in Chinese materials.
Sidamo's flavor is similar to that of Yega Chuefei, delicate washing or sun treatment, with floral and citrus flavors, supple sour taste and worth as much as Yega Chuefei. The varieties in these two producing areas are similar, with medium-sized beans but also small-grain varieties with dwarf plants, and farmers often sell them independently.
In the past, coffee from some unknown areas of the southern ethnic states were classified as the Sidamo producing area. Now that the state of Cedama is independent, these unknown growing areas of the southern ethnic states are expected to have some ideas, we will wait and see. According to the encyclopedia of Chicken, the new state of Cedama includes Arbegona, Bensa, Bursa and other towns that will shine in the first COE in 2020. Just now I said, "Ethiopian coffee is made of one stone, and Yega Schiffe monopolizes eight fights". Then I can add that "Sidamo occupies one fight, and the rest is divided into one fight".
The above is some related information about Qianjie coffee arrangement.
I hope this article will help you to know more about coffee.
