According to the screenshot sent by netizens, Chongqing Jiayi Commercial Management Co., Ltd. will go to court with Chongqing seesaw Culture Development Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Xishe Coffee Co., Ltd. in October because of a housing rental contract dispute. And netizens revealed that the plaintiff Chongqing Jiayi Business Management Co., Ltd. is actually a subsidiary of Chongqing IFS National Financial Center Mall, from this point of view, Chongqing IFS is a complaint to sue its former tenant to court.

It is reported that Seesaw entered the IFS National Capital Center Mall in Chongqing in 2022. The store was officially closed around April this year, and Grid coffee took over the original store. Many people could not hide their shock when they heard the news. After Seesaw withdrew the store, they had to file a lawsuit with the landlord, which could not help but guess whether there were other secrets behind the closure of the store.

In addition to the disputes over housing rental contracts with IFS in Chongqing, SkyEye shows that there are nine legal disputes related to Seesaw this year, including sales contracts, infringement of the right to disseminate information on works on the network, service contracts and other disputes, and some legal proceedings have been heard.

In addition, netizens revealed that Seesaw does not seem to have a good relationship with its former employees, and there are a number of labor arbitrations with employers. A former employee left a message in the comment area saying that although there has been a court ruling on the labor arbitration between him and the Seesaw store, he has not received the corresponding compensation.

In March this year, there were media reports that Seesaw was suspected to be in arrears with suppliers, which was clarified by relevant Seesaw staff, saying that the network news was not true and was a "normal commercial dispute". However, seeing that Seesaw has been involved in a number of legal disputes over the past half a year, some fans have said bluntly that they are deeply worried about the future of the brand.

Recently, Seesaw has been found to have closed a large number of stores in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen and other places, resulting in a sharp decline in the number of stores in first-tier cities. In the evaluation given by local consumers, "the ratio of performance to price is not high" and "the situation of store production is not stable" appeared many times, and some users said bluntly that they did not want to become repeat customers after they had tried once.

At present, Seesaw has only Halo stores left in Chongqing, while it is flanked by Manner and Mstand. Many people passing by are filled with emotion, saying that among the three chain brands featuring boutique coffee, Seesaw became famous the earliest, but it is also the most worrying situation at present.

Some local citizens have made no secret of their worries about the brand, speculating that Seesaw's last store in Chongqing may also be taken over by a rising star, drawing an end to the Chongqing market.
