But they also said that because they could not prepare a certain amount of hand-painted paper cups in advance, they had to pick up the cups and start painting after receiving the order, saying bluntly that the additional service affected the efficiency of making drinks.

From the employees' point of view, the hand-painted paper cup, which was originally a random drawing to add a little surprise to the guests' arrival experience, has now become a worrying task because it has been well received.
