Recently, Jiemu News and other media reported that some netizens posted a video saying that the Kudi Coffee Shop in the cafeteria on campus of Jilin University of Finance and Economics was suddenly smashed.

Online videos showed that the front of the Kudi Coffee Bar in the cafeteria of Jilin University of Finance and Economics was in a mess. Tables and chairs, packaging cups, cash register equipment, receipt printers and other items in the public area were scattered all over the place. The coffee machine could not be seen on the counter. No coffee shop staff were seen behind the bar, and a large area of the public facilities in the canteen were affected.

According to students who witnessed the incident at the scene, the incident occurred at about 4 p.m. on March 24. The incident occurred on the first floor of the campus's Second Canteen. At that time, a male student was sitting in front of a table not far from the Kudi Coffee Bar."He began to stomp his feet and slap the table hard. The noise was very loud. After the chopsticks fell to the ground, he got up and flipped the table and smashed the machine on the counter of the coffee shop."

The student interviewed told reporters that the coffee shop was smashed for more than ten minutes. The student also deliberately threw public chopsticks out of the disinfection box with force."It was so scary. The coffee shop employees hid at the door." Witnesses revealed that before the incident, the student involved placed a bunch of flowers on the desk and kept staring at his mobile phone. They speculated that after being rejected, he lost control of his emotions, and suddenly smashed the coffee shop's machines and equipment.

Another video showed that the student involved suddenly stood up and smashed the store, scaring the onlookers and making others dare not approach. After destroying the Cudi Coffee Shop, the student walked towards the camp store on one side of the canteen. When he wanted to destroy other stores, he was stopped and taken away from the scene by the school security department staff who learned the news. Students said that after the incident, canteen staff did not allow students to approach the first floor of the canteen.

On March 26, a reporter from Jiemu News called the school's canteen for the incident. The staff confirmed that the online video was true, saying that the first floor of the canteen was currently open normally, and the store involved was closed for several days, saying that they did not know the situation of the party involved. Understand, did not disclose the reason for the incident.

Staff at the smashed Kudi store confirmed to reporters that the store has now been closed for business, the recovery time has not yet been determined, and related facilities in the store have been damaged. However, the staff did not disclose the damage to the store's equipment and the specific amount of the loss. However, some netizens reported that the commercial coffee machines, cash register equipment, etc. in the store were damaged by the parties involved. They speculated that the amount of damage to the store was not low, possibly tens of thousands.

Later, the reporter called the school's Academic Affairs Office, and the operator described himself as a student, saying that the relevant colleges are actively handling the matter, and the official response requires consultation with the school's Propaganda Department. The reporter also called the school's publicity department. The operator also stated that he was a student and the relevant teacher in charge was not in the office for the time being. On March 27, a staff member of Jilin University of Finance and Economics replied "News Now" that the man was taken away immediately after the incident and no one was injured at the scene.
