If the aroma is of a relatively fresh and sour type, then it is likely to be citrus. If it is a type with a strong aroma and a sour and sweet taste, then it may be a berry; when we identify the second category of aroma, the last thing we need to do is to determine which concrete flavor the aroma belongs to under the second category subdivision. For example, lemons under the citrus category? Grapefruit? Or an orange? There are certain differences in the sour aroma of different fruits, which is easy to distinguish.
