A good place for coffee in the Blue Mountains
"beyond the Blue Mountains is the kingdom of heaven and freedom." -- early immigrants from Australia
The blue mountains in fairy tales can only be found under the Australian sky because there are slopes of Eucalyptus trees.
This magical tree can emit blue gas, accumulate at the top of the mountain and at the bottom of the valley, and then spread out along the hillside, turning the peak into a seemingly blue, like a faint shadow in the heavy rain. So people call it "Blue Mountain", which sounds like a place where elves live.
Most of the time, the sky here is also blue, dusky, bright tone, pleasing to the eye but not eye-catching, is a rare good background. Nearby, there are wild flowers and green grass, small houses with red roofs on the hillside, clusters of mushrooms, and then a forest of tall ferns, where the sound of waterfalls and the chirping of birds can be heard from afar, and finally, the pale blue mountains that gradually fade into the sky.
There are 26 small villages and towns on the Blue Mountain, each like the illustrations in a fairy tale book. The cabins have pointed roofs, large glass windows, and old bronze bells that jingle as soon as they open the door. At Christmas, a small wreath of pine branches is hung on the gate. Everything is small and delicate. Scholars will take great pains to examine which Victorian buildings are Victorian and which are Edwardian, but for residents, they are like old cotton clothes hanging in the sun, smelling of cordial home comfort.
