Two common types of coffee: roasted coffee and instant coffee
There are two main kinds of coffee we drink: one is roasted coffee (coffee beans), the other is instant coffee.
Roast coffee:
The raw coffee beans are roasted and then ground into powder, and the coffee is extracted into liquid for us to drink in different ways. What needs to be emphasized here is that freshly roasted coffee beans must be drunk.
Instant coffee:
Different treatment methods are divided into two kinds, one is dried coffee powder, the other is freeze-dried coffee powder. Raw coffee beans are roasted and then extracted and then dried or freeze-dried to retain them as powder or small particles. Nestle's common three-in-one is dried coffee powder, and Nestl é also has a "gold medal" triangle granular product is freeze-dried coffee powder, which tastes better and more expensive than instant coffee powder.
Drink instant coffee: just flush it with boiling water.
Roasted coffee drinking method: first grind the coffee beans into the coffee utensils, through brewing (professionally speaking, extraction), the extract is the coffee we want to drink, and the rest of the coffee dregs should be thrown away.
