Roast and caffeine content of coffee
The reason why coffee has become popular, we have to say that caffeine, which brings refreshing effect to people, makes coffee spread rapidly around the world. Although caffeine is not all about coffee, if coffee did not contain caffeine, it might not be as common as it is today.
The term caffeine was derived from coffee by German scientist Ringo in 1820. There is more caffeine in Congo than in Arabica. Caffeine is more heat-resistant, but it gasifies when heated, and a white substance is attached to the inside and chimney of the coffee roaster, which is actually caffeine.

Is it right to think that deep-roasted coffee contains less caffeine because caffeine is reduced during baking? As a matter of fact, it is wrong to think so.
The longer the roasting time, the lower the caffeine content, but the weight of the beans also decreases with the baking time. The caffeine content of the deep-roasted coffee is about the same as that of the lightly roasted coffee, as long as the grams of the beans are the same.
