Tired of shopping at noon, we chose a restaurant that looked very Mexican to take a nap and eat. Before ordering, the store first sent us two plates of corn chips and salsa sauce for our appetizer. Salsa is a kind of hot and sour sauce mixed with red tomatoes, onions, coriander and chili. We also ordered hot beans, fried ribs with sauce, cheese seafood Taco, slightly spicy shelled vanilla prawns, fried fish fillets with ink and so on. Each dish was served with a lot of vegetables, and each person had a large plate, which made us unable to bend over. Although I was full, I ordered a cup of Mexican special coffee. The cups of Mexican coffee are as rough, enthusiastic and colorful as their people, and coffee is as big as food. I thought that the large cup must be thin and thin as water, but I didn't expect that after the entrance, the consistency was appropriate and moderate, slightly bitter but with a hint of fragrance and mellow. After drinking it after a meal, I only feel extremely comfortable and bored. Busy asking the manager what the secret is, the coffee is mixed with traditional Mexican tequila spirits, which is probably the reason for that special fragrance.
