The new discovery of coffee makes women smarter

American scientists have found that drinking coffee can make women smarter.

Researchers reportedly developed a mental age test for a group of women over the age of 80 and found that women who drank coffee from an early age were smarter in their old age.

The test adopted a way to answer questions, and the questions asked were not simple even for younger women. For example, one question asked subjects to invert the English word world, while another required a lot of animal names to be spoken within a minute. The researchers found that in 11 of the 12 tests, women over the age of 80 who drank coffee from childhood to old age were significantly better than their sisters who did not drink coffee. Scientists believe that caffeine can not only improve recall, but also repair it.

Some of the women in their twilight years drank only one cup of coffee a month, while others drank five cups a day. Ordinary people will experience retrospective memory loss and mental disorders after the age of 60, but these conditions are significantly lighter in women who drink coffee for a long time.
