Some suggestions on drinking coffee after breakfast
Full-bodied coffee has been accepted by more and more Chinese people, but can you really drink coffee? In a recent article published in Taiwan's "Health" magazine, several reminders for drinking coffee have been summarized for your reference.
Drink after breakfast. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning light, which is the prelude to a new day for many people. But it should be reminded that coffee is best drunk after breakfast, because drinking on an empty stomach may cause irritation to the stomach and intestines, which is bad for your health.
Drink less three-in-one coffee. Wang Yu-wen, an assistant professor in the department of agronomy at National Taiwan University, points out that in terms of cost, a cup of coffee worth NT $5 or NT $10 usually does not use coffee beans of better quality. As for three-in-one coffee, most of it is made of coffee essence or coffee seasoning powder, and it is impossible to use coffee beans well, and the sugar and cream are high in calories.
Smell it before you taste it with your tongue. Wang Yuwen warned that do not swallow the coffee, but first get close to the nose to smell the fragrance. If it smells like hallae, it means the coffee beans are not fresh. After passing the smell test, take a sip of coffee in your mouth, gently taste it with your tongue and slowly swallow it into your throat. If it tastes clean and bright, the aroma is full and pleasant, and the body has no adverse reactions, it is a good cup of coffee.
Replace cream with fresh milk. For the sake of health, it is recommended to replace cream with fresh milk and add less sugar so as not to offset the original benefits of coffee.
Special people should pay attention. Diabetics are advised to switch to decaffeinated coffee; people with hyperlipidemia had better switch to follicular coffee; as for patients with high blood pressure, they should pay attention to the time of drinking coffee and try not to get up early in the morning to avoid a sudden rise in blood pressure.
