According to a 30-year follow-up study conducted by school professors on more than 2, 000 households near Rancho Bernando, Southern California, women who drank coffee for a long time had better memories than those who chose low-caffeinated or non-caffeinated drinks.

However, the study also found that only women who maintained the coffee habit for a long time could benefit from it, while drinking for less than five years had no significant effect. On the other hand, even if men drink coffee for a long time, it will not have any positive effect on brainpower.
