Where did the heat come from?

'Coffee itself is a healthy drink and contains almost no calories, 'Mr. Iwata said. But fancy coffee often adds ingredients such as sugar, milk and chocolate, which increases the calories in coffee drinks. She advises people to "lose weight" when drinking coffee, such as black coffee without any ingredients.

How many calories does fancy coffee contain? The reporter found that taking a large cup of vanilla star ice coffee (made from coffee, milk, sugar, ice, etc.) as an example, it contains about 300 calories, including 3 grams (29 calories) of fat, 66 grams (264 calories) of carbohydrates and 3 grams (12 calories) of protein. If you add whipped cream to your coffee, it has a total of 430 calories.

Eating too many calories can lead to obesity, hyperlipidemia and other diseases. The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization recommends that women eat less than 2000 calories a day, compared with 2500 calories for men.
