Starbucks to End Partnership with Kraft

Starbucks has decided to end its increasingly fractious partnership with U.S. food maker Kraft Foods, the company told investors.

For the past 12 years, Kraft has been supplying Starbucks coffee beans to supermarkets and retailers. But both companies are now heading to court, with Starbucks accusing Kraft of excluding executives from sales meetings, using knowledge gained from the partnership to launch its own coffee brand and damaging Starbucks 'brand image.
