Brew classical Italian coffee in a flip pot
Naples flip pot
Since it was invented in the 19th century, it is still used in some parts of northern Italy. Its structure is simple and strong, and the extracted coffee is very rich and practical. Generally speaking, a flip pot consists of three parts (as shown in the figure), 1 is the lower pot, 2 is the core, and 3 is the upper pot.
Raw material
15 grams of coffee powder (fine grinding, roasting of coffee beans in the whole city, that is, moderate depth is preferred) 200 ml of pure water (can be hot water or cold water)
Production steps:
1. Add water to the upper pot and pay attention to the upper pot. There will be a small hole on the edge of the upper pot, and the water level should not be higher than this small hole.
2. Add coffee powder to the kettle core, then cover with a strainer, and put the coffee powder up into the pot.
3. Cover the lower pot on the upper pot and overlap the handle of the upper pot with the handle of the lower pot.
4. At this time, the flip pot should be the top pot at the bottom, keep this state and heat it on the gas.
5. Steam coming out of the spout of the pot indicates that the heating has been completed. Remove the flip pot.
6. Next, it is about to flip. Flip 180 degrees so that the next pot is at the bottom, but remember not to flip toward the mouth of the pot when flipping, so that coffee may be poured out at the mouth.
It looks very complicated, but it is actually very easy to operate. All you need to do is to fill the powder, heat, flip and pour the coffee. It is a coffee pot worth a try.

Its principle is very similar to the pull-rod coffee machine in the commercial coffee machine, which uses manpower to replace the water pump, resulting in a larger water pressure to complete the extraction of ESPRESSO.

Brewing steps of Didi Coffee Pot in Vietnam coffee making steps
The principle of the Vietnamese coffee pot is very close to that of the Naples flip pot, and the coffee is extracted by the natural infiltration of hot water. The coffee produced is very rich and mellow, and the only disadvantage is that the filtration rate is slow, which is easy to lower the coffee temperature. So if you are more fastidious, you can put the coffee cup in hot water and then drip it. About 15 grams of raw coffee powder (medium to deep will be more suitable
