Today, not only is the global market of the coffee industry changing, but also the concept of health contained in coffee culture has been spread more widely.

For a long time, people have known that coffee can be refreshing, so drinking coffee has become popular all over the world as a way of life. Recently, scientists in the United States have found that, in addition to refreshing, coffee contains high levels of polyphenols (Polyphenols), sometimes also known as flavonoids (flavonids), which are powerful antioxidants that fight oxidation and blood coagulation, thus protecting the cardiovascular system, so scientists suggest that two cups of coffee a day can prevent gallstones.

It has also been reported that US researchers tested the mental age of a group of elderly women over the age of 80 and found that women who drank coffee from an early age were smarter in their old age.

The test was conducted by answering questions, which were not easy even for younger women. For example, one question asked subjects to invert the English word world, while the other asked them to say as many animal names as possible in a minute. The researchers found that in 11 of the 12 tests, women over the age of 80 who drank coffee from childhood to old age performed significantly better than their sisters who did not drink coffee.

Some of the older women who took part in the trial drank only one cup of coffee a month, while others drank five cups a day. Memory loss and mental disorders usually occur after the age of 60, but these conditions are significantly milder in women who drink coffee for a long time. Scientists believe that caffeine can not only improve memory, but also repair it.

But many Chinese like to mix milk and coffee to drink for a long time, and scientists believe that in the long run this can cause damage to the liver because the mixture produces an unstable and indigestible emulsion.
