Good news for coffee fans! The coffee you drink every morning not only makes you feel high. Cancer scientists have found that coffee can prevent malignant melanoma, which is considered to be the deadliest form of skin cancer. And the more coffee you drink, the less likely you are to get malignant melanoma!

In a recent article published in the National Journal of Cancer Research (Journal of the National Cancer Institute), Erica Lofterfield (Erikka Loftfield) and her colleagues demonstrated that drinking more than four cups of coffee a day reduced the risk of melanoma by as much as 20 per cent over the next 10 years. The study also found that caffeine-free coffee did not have this effect.

Melanin cancer is mostly caused by prolonged exposure to ultraviolet radiation, which mainly comes from the sun or lamps in artificial sunlight rooms.

Previous studies have shown that drinking coffee can prevent Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, diabetes, depression, liver disease, premature death and other diseases. The antioxidant elements rich in coffee are the main reason for reducing the risk of skin cancer.
