This Coffee Bean-Shaped Sex Toy Charges Wirelessly

Ever spotted what looks like an elegant wooden coffee bean or smooth river stone on someone’s desk and wondered if it’s more than decor? What if your eye wasn’t deceiving you—and that artful object was actually a high-end, fully functional personal device, cleverly disguised as everyday minimalist sculpture?

Yes, it’s a real product: a sleek, vibrating sex toy shaped like a coffee bean or pebble, hand-finished in wood, that can sit openly on your shelf and even charges wirelessly via its packaging.

What Is This ‘Coffee Bean’ Actually?

The object in question is not a coffee accessory at all, but an adult novelty item. Designed by Jonas Lonborg, it takes the form of a precisely carved wooden ‘coffee bean’ or smooth stone. The exterior is meticulously sanded and finished, making it indistinguishable from high-end decor or minimalist art. Its true function, however, is as a vibration-based personal massager.

How It’s Made and How It Works

The toy is crafted from wood and engineered with an internal cavity that houses its electronic components and battery. Despite its solid appearance, the center is hollowed out specifically to accommodate these mechanisms. The entire piece is designed not just for function, but for aesthetic appeal—so much so that it can be displayed openly on a desk or shelf without drawing suspicion.

How It Charges: No Cables Needed

According to Lonborg, the prototype has already been completed. The most notable feature of its design isn’t just its discreet look, but its charging method. Instead of plugging in a cable, the toy uses induction charging. Its custom storage box—which doubles as the product’s packaging—is actually a charging base. You simply place the ‘coffee bean’ inside the box, and it begins charging wirelessly.

Why This Design Matters

This project showcases how everyday objects can be reimagined to serve dual purposes—blending utility with discretion. By mimicking familiar, non-threatening items like a coffee bean or a polished stone, the design allows the product to exist in spaces where traditional sex toys might be taboo. The use of natural materials like wood adds a tactile, premium feel, while the induction charging base ensures convenience and a clutter-free setup.
