A farmer in Leye Village, Alishan Township, was weeding weeds in an organic coffee garden a few days ago. he found a pair of newborn animals in the grass. A few years ago, the Chi Chi Special Health Center released musk cats in Leye Village. Tang Jinxian went to check and found that they were rare conservation civets. The musk kittens were not long after they were born and were taken home to take care of them.

Tang Jinxian tried to use a bottle to feed musk kittens to drink milk, but the kittens not only could not suck, but also had a sense of repulsion for milk. when he was nerve-racking, he thought that Xiaobai, the mother cat raised by her son in Gongliao, had just given birth last month and was feeding three kittens. So he tried to put the musk kittens next to Xiaobai to breast-feed, but Xiaobai did not accept it. Later, the mother nature accepted the musk kittens.

Tang Jinxian said that two musk kittens are less than 20 centimeters long, which is smaller than three kittens. Xiaobai has only four nipples to secrete milk. Every time Xiaobai goes into the basket to feed, the kittens and musk kittens snatch together. One of the musk kittens was scratched on the head by the kitten, so the father and son were reluctant to give up, so they had to cut off all the kitten claws.

The Tesheng Center was informed by Tang Jinxian that veterinarian Wang Lingmin and others were assigned to observe yesterday. Wang Lingmin said that the musk kittens are well taken care of by the female cats and are in good health. They will be taken back to the Tesheng Center for placement after a period of time.
