Yunnan Aiyi Group was established in Pu'er, the coffee capital of China in 2006, involving three major industries: coffee, catering and animal husbandry. It is composed of Yunnan Aichang Agriculture and Animal Husbandry (Group) Co., Ltd., Xishuangbanna Lanshan Coffee planting Co., Ltd., Ai'er Manor Coffee (Pu'er) Co., Ltd., Pu'er Sang Wright Coffee Co., Ltd., Starbucks Aiyi Coffee (Yunnan) Co., Ltd., Lancang Aier Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., Ninger Aichang Coffee Co., Ltd., and Aili Mountain Restaurant chain.

Aiyi always adheres to the management concept of "equal emphasis on development and protection", and adopts the operation mode of "government leading + enterprise operation + scientific and technological support + peasant household participation" to carry out coffee planting management. The original vegetation is retained in the vegetation area, while Leucaena leucocephala, Phoenix tree, camphor, wild plantain and rubber tree are planted in the barren mountain and wasteland area, so as to increase the biodiversity of the coffee base, provide a good ecological environment for coffee growth, and improve the quality and yield of coffee. At the same time, change the way of land use and improve the comprehensive utilization of land. Now it has built Aisha Coffee Manor and Aiman Nakata Coffee Manor, with a total area of 9070 mu.

Since 2011, we have cooperated with Starbucks Agronomy Center and Rejing Institute of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and successively introduced 33 improved coffee varieties, such as Kaddura, Villa Sarchi, Catuai, Catuai Regional, etc., and built a 2000 mu high-quality coffee provenance base using rainforest coffee planting model, and each variety is growing well.

In order to increase the economic income of local farmers and speed up the development of the coffee industry, since 2009, the company has provided 1 million high-quality coffee seedlings free of charge to support farmers to develop the coffee industry.
