Generally speaking, it can be divided into the following categories:

1. Areas north of the equator (e.g. Ethiopia and Central America)

It is usually harvested from September to November.

2. Areas south of the equator (e.g. Brazil and Zimbabwe)

Mainly concentrated in April or May, and the harvest period can be extended to August.

3. Equatorial regions (e.g. Uganda and Colombia)

It can be harvested all year round, especially those plantations that make good use of the advantages of different elevations to harvest new varieties of coffee every year.
