Coffee beans from the estate are washed in the El Divisadero processing plant in Ataco under the name Mauricio Salaverria and then evenly dried on African elevated beds with the help of sun and ventilation. Mauricio inherited the career of his parents and grandparents, and has been associated with coffee since childhood, especially focusing on the cultivation of fine coffee.
