Sheung Wan Shop: 197 Queen's Road Central

Recommended index: ★★★★☆

Walking all the way up the hill to Queen's Road Central, you will pass by PMC Yuan Chuang Fang, a Hong Kong designer collection center renovated into a police dormitory, and you will also encounter a coffee shop called COCO Espresso, which is extremely mini but well worth visiting.

Push open the door and you can see the bronze medal of La Marzocco, so the coffee machine in this shop is La Marzocco Linea Paddle 2 Group, and the owner Johnson ko himself is in charge of this mini coffee shop, which should also be the earliest COCO Espresso.

Although the shop also offers boutique coffee (specialty coffee, hand pulping, Philharmonic pressure and siphon), since the sign is called espresso, you have to try Italian style. So I ordered piccolo (mini latte) and cappuccino with my friend. We don't drink espresso very much and can't get used to the taste of milk, but these two cups are smooth and delicate, espresso and milk blend just right, and the taste of chocolate nuts is very strong at the end of that little latte. It's worth visiting!

COCO Espresso has been in operation for 8 years, and now it has been joined by the champion barista, and several branches have been opened. There are branches in Wan Chai and Central and COCO Espresso 701s, which just opened in Kwai Chung this year, combine creative design and activities. You can try it next time.
