Sugar commonly used in drinking coffee

White sugar (sucrose)

sugar substitutes
Sugar substitute is actually saccharin, which is specially prepared for diabetics. It is not recommended for non-diabetics. The sweetness after fusion into coffee is strange, more similar to sweet taste.
