Introduction to the flavor and taste characteristics of Costa Rican Fire Phoenix Manor Coffee
From 1870 to 1882, T. Guardia Gutierrez exercised dictatorship, weakening the power of the two families. Since the 1970s, British and American capital has infiltrated. American entrepreneur M.C. Keith signed a contract with the Costa Rican government to build a railway from Port Limon to San Jose on the east coast, won a concession in 1999 and occupied large tracts of land to develop banana plantations.
The United Fruit Company of the United States took over Keith Industry in 1899 and controlled the production and export of railways and bananas. In 1913, banana exports ranked first in the world.
In 1917, F. Tinoco Granados staged a coup and established a military dictatorship. After Tinoco Granados stepped down, successive rulers were controlled by American monopoly capital. In the 1930s, the climatic conditions of the workers' movement in Costa Rica were very different, completely subverting the classification of the four seasons of the year. There are only two seasons: the rainy season from April to December, with a lot of rain, and the dry season from the end of December to April of the following year, also known as summer. The annual average temperature in San Jose, the capital, ranges from 15 ℃ to 26 ℃, while the temperature in coastal areas is relatively high, with a night average temperature of 21 ℃ and a daily average temperature of 30 ℃ in the Caribbean. The Constitution stipulates that the state implements a republic with the separation of legislative, judicial and executive powers. The General Audit Office and the Supreme Electoral Court are independent bodies. The President shall be the head of State or Government and may stand for re-election at alternate terms; the President and Vice-President shall be directly elected for a term of four years; when the President is absent, the first Vice-President, the second Vice-President and the Speaker shall take over in turn. In April 2003, my brother amended the constitution again to allow the president to be re-elected for another term. The Government of Costa Rica has 21 ministries, namely: Ministry of Foreign Affairs and worship, Ministry of the President, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Police and Public Security; Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Foreign Trade, Ministry of economy, Industry and Commerce; Ministry of Planning and Economic Policy; Ministry of Health; Ministry of Science and Technology; Ministry of decentralization and Local Development; Ministry of Social Welfare and Family; Ministry of Public works and Transport; Ministry of Public Education; Ministry of Housing and settlement; Ministry of Environment and Energy Ministry of Labor and Social Security; Ministry of Culture and Youth; Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry; Ministry of Justice and Peace; Ministry of Sports; Ministry of Tourism
Costa Rican coffee has full particles, ideal acidity and unique strong flavor.
Costa Rica's coffee industry, originally controlled by the Costa Rican Coffee Industry Company (ICAFE), has been taken over by the official Coffee Committee (Oficinale Cafe). Among the exported coffee, those products that are considered to be of substandard quality are colored with blue vegetable dyes and then transferred back to China for sale. Coffee consumed domestically (dyed blue or undyed) accounts for about 10% of total production, and local per capita coffee consumption is twice that of Italy or the United States.
Brazilian coffee fruit, a coffee producer, accounts for 1/3 of the world's coffee consumption and occupies a place in the global coffee market, although Costa Rica faces several times more natural disasters than other regions. but its acreage is enough to make up for it.
There are many kinds of coffee here, but its industrial policy is large and cheap, so there is not much premium coffee, but it is a good choice for mixing other coffees. High-quality Costa Rican coffee is called "extra hard beans". This kind of coffee can grow above 1500 meters above sea level. Altitude has always been a problem for coffee growers. The higher the altitude, the better the coffee beans, not only because the higher altitude can increase the acidity of the coffee beans and thus increase the flavor, but also because the night temperature at the higher altitude is lower, which can make the trees grow slowly, thus making the coffee beans have a stronger flavor. In addition, due to the high altitude drop caused by sufficient rainfall, is also very beneficial to the growth of coffee trees. However, while there are many advantages to growing coffee at higher elevations, the resulting additional transport costs must be taken into account, which is likely to make coffee production unprofitable. Costa Rica's coffee industry has adopted new technologies to increase efficiency, including the use of "electric eyes" to select beans and identify coffee beans of irregular size. Coffee was introduced to Costa Rica from Cuba in 1729 and today, its coffee industry is one of the well-organized industries in the world, producing up to 1700 kilograms per hectare. Costa Rica has only 3.5 million people but 400m coffee trees, and coffee exports account for 25 per cent of the country's total exports. Costa Rica's volcanic soil is very fertile and well drained, especially in the central plateau CentralPlateau, where the soil consists of successive layers of ash and dust. Costa Rica was therefore the first country in Central America to grow coffee and bananas for commercial value. Coffee and bananas are the country's main exports. Coffee trees grown in Costa Rica are grown in Arabica, and the quality of coffee beans is better and more stable. In order to facilitate picking, coffee trees are kept at a height of about 2 meters through continuous pruning. The coffee that people eat is the taste of the seeds in the fruit that are brewed in water. After picking raw coffee beans, you must remove the peel, pulp, seed film and sun exposure before roasting the seeds (that is, coffee beans). Part of the process can be replaced by machines, and the speed of coffee production increases a lot, but there is no machine to do it. Be sure to use excellent Costa Rican coffee known as "extra hard beans", which can grow at an altitude of more than 1500 meters. Altitude has always been a problem for coffee growers. The higher the altitude, the better the coffee beans, not only because the higher altitude can increase the acidity of the coffee beans and thus increase the flavor, but also because the night temperature at the higher altitude is lower, which can make the trees grow slowly, thus the flavor of the coffee beans is stronger. In addition, due to the high altitude drop caused by sufficient rainfall, it is very beneficial to the growth of coffee trees.
Costa Rican coffee is full of Arabica beans, washed with water, its style is bright, fragrant, clear as wind chimes swaying in the breeze, mild acidity and sweetness. Because of the sweetness, even if the coffee gets cold, it tastes very good, which is a major feature of Costa Rican coffee. Therefore, it is suggested that when you taste Costa Rican coffee, you should only add a small amount of sugar and cream, so that you can enjoy its girlish flavor.
