Vietnam's coffee exports increased sharply from January to August.

Last Updated: 2024/11/08, Statistics from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development show that by the end of August, Vietnam had exported 1.27 million tons of coffee with an export value of US $2.25 billion, with year-on-year increases of nearly 40 per cent and 20.7 per cent respectively. The export price of coffee averaged US $1754 per ton, down 14.5% from the same period last year. Germany and the United States are the largest consumers of Vietnamese coffee, accounting for 15% and 13%, respectively.
