The use of cups and saucers: the cups and saucers that hold coffee are generally specially made, and this kind of cup has a small ear. I can't get my fingers through. But even if you use a cup with a large ear, do not put your finger through the ear end of the cup. The coffee cup should be placed in front of you or on the right, with the ear pointing to the right.

The correct way to hold a coffee cup is to hold the ear of the cup by your thumb and forefinger and lift the cup. When drinking coffee, hold the coffee cup ear in your right hand and hold the coffee plate gently in your left hand, slowly move to your mouth and sip gently, do not make a sound. Don't hold the cup, swallow, or bow to drink coffee. If you encounter some inconvenient situations, such as sitting on a sofa away from the table and inconvenient to drink coffee with both hands, you can place the plate on the chest with your left hand and drink the coffee cup with your right hand. After drinking, the coffee cup should be placed on the coffee plate immediately, and the two should not be placed separately. When adding coffee, do not pick up the coffee cup from the coffee plate.

The way to add sugar: add sugar lightly. When adding sugar to coffee, there are two situations: one is to add sugar, which can be scooped with a coffee spoon and added directly into the cup. At the same time, in order to avoid spilling coffee, the position should be as low as possible. The other is plus cube sugar, you can first use a sugar clip to clip the cube sugar on the near side of the coffee plate, and then add the cube sugar to the cup with a coffee spoon. If you put the cube sugar into the cup with a sugar clip or hand, it may spill the coffee and stain the clothes or tablecloth, which is extremely impolite.

Use of coffee spoons: coffee spoons are specially used to stir coffee. Coffee spoons are stained with coffee. Gently wipe off the juice along the inner edge of the cup. Never pick up the spoon and shake it, or lick the coffee spoon with your tongue. It is best to put the used spoon on the inside of the tray so as not to knock it off when picking up the coffee cup. Do not use a coffee spoon to drink a spoonful of coffee, and do not use a coffee spoon to mash the cube sugar in the cup.
