Italian coffee is really "a hundred flowers blossom", and there are two flowers, Campbell Blue and Maggie Yadu. Campbell Blue's name translates literally as "coffee with whipped cream". In most Italian coffee shops, Campbell blue coffee is served in glass cups, so the interface between whipped cream and coffee can be clearly seen.
