Xiaozhoushan Township is located on a hillside with an elevation of 274 to 898 meters above sea level, bordering Wenzhou, with a total population of more than 7700, but a resident population of only 1000.

After the rice harvest in November every year, farmers sow seeds according to the designed patterns, and when the rape blossoms bloom the next year, various patterns appear in the layered terraces, which are called "the most romantic rape fields" by netizens.

In 1982, Zou Renai was born in Xiaozhoushan Township: "the fish in the river, the rice in the terraces and the blue sky forever cannot be forgotten in my memory."

After graduating from junior high school, Zou Renai went to the county to study, then went to other places to go to university, and had his own tourism planning company. "but the smell of spring water in my hometown has always been hidden in the deepest place in my heart."

After Xiaozhoushan's creative rape flower field became famous, the Xiaozhoushan government and Zou Renai's company joined hands to make tourism planning for Xiaozhoushan. With homesickness and the prospect of the tourism industry, Zou Renai decided to go back to his hometown to start a business. more than a dozen like-minded people from Xiaozhoushan quickly gathered together, and they decided to jointly contribute more than 100 million yuan to build the tourism industry in their hometown.

"Qingtian is the hometown of overseas Chinese, of course there should be coffee, sitting in the coffee shop, looking out of the window at the terraced fields of rape, small trains and other entertainment, I believe it can attract a lot of tourists. To invest, I have no intention of losing money. " Zou Renai is full of confidence in the future.
