Recently, under the influence of the increase in air mass and moisture, Yushan began to snow a few days ago, and snow-capped scenery also appeared in the mountains such as Gukeng Huashan, Shibi and mountain peaks. A closer look turned out that coffee flowers, commonly known as March snow, were in full bloom. Coffee flowers bloomed everywhere like snow, covering the whole mountain and emitting a faint fragrance, which surprised many people who went hiking in the mountains.
Xu Guoen, a townsman of Gukeng, said that his family lives in Gukeng Huashan, and recently a friend came to visit him, so he invited him to hike in the mountain, drink coffee and get to know the beauty of Huashan. He was surprised to find that the coffee trees in various coffee farms were full of white flowers. It makes people feel relaxed and happy!
The Gukeng Peak Primary School is also surrounded by nearly a thousand coffee trees, and the school is also full of coffee trees around the school, and the flowers in full bloom are swaying in the wind, as beautiful as auspicious snow. Principal Huang Xipei says that in addition to coffee trees, willow trees are also planted on campus. February and March are the blooming season for coffee and willow flowers. In the future, a small coffee garden will be reclaimed and become a field for children to take farming courses.
People in the coffee industry surnamed Liu said that coffee flowers bloom about 7 to 10 times a year and bloom in three batches.
