[reprint] the temperature of coffee
The temperature of coffee
Some people like to use a convenient and fast coffee machine to make coffee, some prefer the romantic elegance of siphon coffee, others like the simplicity and purity of the French press, the Italian style of the mocha pot or the idleness of hand-brewed coffee.
But no matter what the way, every cup of coffee has a relatively unified taste standard, that is temperature. The best essence of coffee bean oil is 93 degrees Celsius, so the water temperature of brewing coffee should not exceed 100 degrees Celsius. Pour a cup of boiled water into another cup and fold it about three or four times. The temperature is about 90 degrees Celsius to 93 degrees Celsius. The best temperature for brewing coffee is 85 degrees Celsius and about 62 degrees Celsius when tasting.
It may be too harsh for you to measure with a thermometer in each step, but the quality really starts with the details. The simple way is to ask you to heat the cup in boiling water before pouring it into the cup from now on. Minimize the loss of temperature, keep the coffee on the coffee machine for no more than 20 minutes, and drink a cup of coffee in 10 minutes.
