Ling Qing, member of the party group and deputy director of the State Taxation Bureau in Shuangliu District, said that Shuangliu, as an important bearing place of Tianfu New area and the first gateway for Sichuan's opening to the outside world, is the main bearing place and forward position for the construction of Sichuan free trade zone.
