This bean comes from La Lajas Manor, which is the first manor in Central America to do honey treatment and natural sun treatment. The raw materials used in the manor are already high in sugar. Through slow sun drying, the raw beans can release more natural sweetness and flavor from the inside, and even emit the aroma of fruitcake, black sugar and even sherry.

In the process of flushing this bean by hand, you can smell a slight aroma of vanilla, touch the tip of the tongue with a sour taste of plums, and after swallowing, the mouth unexpectedly aftertaste Bailey sweet milk and fermented aroma.

When it comes to suitable single-grade beans, an espresso lover certainly can't miss using it to extract a single espresso SOE (Single Origin Espresso). To put it bluntly, it is to use single-product beans to make espresso. Here I chose only two beans to make SOE-- vanilla, plum, Berry Costa, and nutty, malt, low-acidity Bolivia.

Bolivia changed the gentle performance of hand flushing during the extraction, the nutty aroma was stimulated and the whole became very fragrant, the maltose was as sweet as before, rich in oil and fat, and performed well. Because of its mellow and low acidity, it is also excellent to drink it directly.

But I still couldn't help it and extravagantly made a cup of milk coffee. For fear that the flavor would be diluted by milk, I only added a small amount of iced milk to make a cup of dirty. Gulp down, hot and cold blend, rich and cool intertwined, super suitable for summer.

Another Costa Rica in the extraction process to enjoy a strong vanilla flavor, relatively heavy taste. I made a latte with double concentration. I also try fresh roasted coffee beans to make milk extract coffee. 20g coffee beans are ground and soaked in 450ml milk for 12-24 hours. The unique flavor of the coffee is directly immersed in the milk, which is simply too extravagant to enjoy.

I will make some earbags by hand with my favorite beans and bring them to the company to drink, which is very convenient. Just buy an ear-hanging paper bag, put 10g coffee powder ground into granulated sugar, and heat up the edge of the earbag with a plastic sealing machine. The hanging-ear coffee packaged with freshly ground coffee beans will definitely refresh your previous understanding of hanging ears, enhance the aroma and taste, and, of course, do-it-yourself fun.

And girls who love desserts, how can they miss the classic coffee jelly made by Mr. Xiao this summer? The aroma of milky coffee is perfectly integrated, melted in the mouth and cold. This dessert directly uses cold bubbles to extract complete coffee beans. The demand for beans is extremely high. If the beans are of good quality, they will naturally be more delicious. Therefore, it is more appropriate to choose beans from fish tanks according to your preference.
