It is understood that the Kavi Coffee Culture experience House opened on a trial basis in January this year. It is the first coffee shop in the city that focuses on coffee cultural experience, roasting coffee beans and selling coffee utensils. Here, consumers and coffee shop operators can not only directly purchase coffee utensils and fresh coffee beans, but also learn about the coffee culture and production process.
"We have opened a coffee culture experience hall because we not only want to sell coffee, but also want more consumers to understand the history, culture and characteristics of coffee, and to master the skills of cooking different coffees in the process of interaction. so that coffee can come into consumers' daily life and families, so that more people like coffee as a drink." Xiao Yuxin, director of the experience hall, said.
He believes that at present, the consumption of coffee in our city is mainly environmental consumption, and the main reason for consumers to choose coffee is the need for a quiet and comfortable environment like a cafe. "Let consumers participate in the coffee production process, and let us introduce the different characteristics of coffee, in order to let consumers really accept coffee and feel the beauty of coffee." Xiao Yuxin said, "so we will continue to launch various interactive activities and courses in the future to attract more people to come to experience."
Ms. Chen, a consumer of the store, said after the experience that making coffee is very interesting. "I usually order coffee at will, but I don't know the difference between different coffee beans and proportions," she said. "I experienced it once and found that the coffee culture is broad and profound, the coffee beans and proportions are slightly different, and the taste difference is also very strong. I will come to experience different coffee making methods in the future."
Xiao Yuxin said that at present, there are about 20 to 30 consumers in the store every day, all of whom are curious about the cultural experience.
