It is the first coffee shop in the city that focuses on coffee cultural experience, roasting coffee beans and selling coffee utensils. Xiao Yuxin, director of the experience hall, said.
He believes that at present, the consumption of coffee in our city is mainly environmental consumption, and the main reason for consumers to choose coffee is the need for a quiet and comfortable environment like a cafe. "Let consumers participate in the coffee production process, and let us introduce the different characteristics of coffee, in order to let consumers really accept coffee and feel the beauty of coffee." "I usually order coffee at will, but I don't know the difference between different coffee beans and proportions," she said.
