Lin Huan said, "at first, it was the dean of the Reconstruction Institute for the Blind who mentioned the idea of teaching to my colleagues. Later, after we went to the field to observe and understand it, we decided to start the course."
The students of the reconstruction institute for the blind are either weak or completely blind, and teaching is more difficult than ordinary students. "the staff of the Reconstruction Institute told me that it was very difficult for these students to go to 7 / 11, and it would be a great sense of achievement if they could make a cup of coffee by themselves." Lin Huan said.

For students who are completely blind, I would prefer him to cook with a metal filter, because there is often a habit among the students, that is, one hand is touching the instrument and the other is doing the movement. when injecting water, his other hand is easily drenched by hot water, so I can only ask him to inject water right in the middle. So the filter cup must lock the metal filter mesh or the smart filter cup. "
For people with amblyopia, Lin Huan suggests that filter paper should be flushed by hand. "if he still has some micro vision, he can still practice steady water injection and circling. In the course, Zhifeng, a completely blind student, experienced the process from grinding beans to cooking. Although Lin Huan's assistance was needed, he did pour water directly from the middle to cook, so that Zhifeng, who was completely blind, could operate more stably. Zhifeng said: "it feels like a sense of achievement."
