Toraja UNO Manor is a high mountain area of the Ganglan Lervata Mountains to the west of Toraja Town on Sulawesi Island. It is one of the highest estates at present at an elevation of 2800 meters. The coffee trees in the manor are mainly planted on the slopes of Cunninghamia lanceolata forest, and the fallen leaves and rotten branches of the steep mountains are nutrients without additional fertilization. The soil is rich in organic matter, and the coffee itself has a light sweet taste of flowers and fruits and Chinese fir. The manor is irrigated by clouds and mist all day long. The ripe red fruits are carefully selected by hand, and the raw beans are treated by semi-washing in the manor, so that the raw beans are rich in fruit aroma. After being shelled by the sun, they are hand-selected to G1 grade four times.
