Recently, the Northeast Division Competition of the third Yunnan Coffee Cup China Cooking Competition was held in Dalian Commercial School. The Yunnan Coffee Cup Brewing Competition is the top hand-brewing coffee competition in China sponsored by the Yunnan Provincial Agricultural Department. It is now the third year, providing countless coffee people with opportunities to show themselves, exchange and learn, and improve their professional skills. And the competition has increased the cohesion of the national coffee industry.

Yunnan coffee cups competed in Xi'an, Fujian, Shanghai, Harbin and Chongqing from 2015 to 2016. For the first time this year, as the finals of the Northeast Division of the Yunnan Cup, Dalian has set a precedent in many ways-the first time that colleges and universities have hosted sub-station events. Dalian Modern Service Vocational Education Group and Dalian Commercial School, as the organizers of the Northeast Competition area, provide a new perspective for the organizers. It is the first time to set up a sub-station trial under the competition area. Since August, Dalian organizers have selected a total of 87 contestants in seven venues in five cities, and 21 contestants have been selected to enter the Northeast finals. After three days of fierce competition, Yin Zhengri, Zhou Yu and Wang Weiming won the chance to represent the Northeast Division in the finals to be held in Shanghai from November 14 to 16.
