Sit for about 48 hours before drinking. The taste of civet is not like any kind of coffee I have tasted. I do not know what words to describe it. It does not have the woody smell of traditional Indonesian beans or the thick taste of syrup. As the name "Musk" says, it has a light spice flavor, with a faint spice and a slightly bitter taste. When the coffee is swallowed, there is a clear lilac flavor in the mouth. The smell of cloves is more obvious when you inhale, and the overall thickness of coffee is similar to that of Indonesian beans, except for a slight lack of sweetness, perhaps because it is roasted to this extent.
