All the foods on the list contain natural ingredients of polyphenols and have a variety of health benefits, including the prevention of heart disease

Williamson points out that the foods on the list, mainly fruits and vegetables, can also slow the aging of the body by protecting cells that will be naturally damaged with age. There is growing evidence that diets are rich in polyphenols, such as tannins, lignins and flavonoids, which help improve people's chances of living to a genetic maximum.
