Introduction of Safflower Wind Suzuki Manor
Located between Farhanis and New Oriental, the safflower blueberry manor is located in an area known as the Guatemala dry Corridor, which is known for its very low agricultural yields due to very dry, dry and windy climates, with annual rainfall usually lower than 1000mm. And that's why only a small number of farms produce coffee in this area.
The Safflower Wind Suzuki Manor is owned by Salvadoran immigrants who settled in Guatemala after the Salvadoran Civil War and look forward to better opportunities in life and work in Guatemala. Being close to El Salvador means they can still live their old way of life.
The drying conditions in this area are not very suitable for the growing environment of coffee trees, because it poses several planting challenges for farmers, but when we want to adopt more special drying methods, such drying conditions have some unique advantages. The lack of water environment makes this coffee manor a 100% sun-treated and honey-treated manor, and all coffee is dried on the African scaffolding in the greenhouse. During the process, coffee is closely monitored to achieve a uniform degree of dryness.
