Today, moments brushed Peng Yuyan's screen again.

Only because Peng Yuyan, the husband of the whole people, went to teacher Hu Yuanzheng for a test this time.

Handsome people are drinking coffee.

@ Hu Yuanzheng Jake

This man

Even the cup test is very handsome.

And

There is a very good concept of fine coffee.

A series of questions

Are all very good at it.

Can also blurt out apricot and dried prune

He is a fierce hand-punching man!

The intersection of Peng Yuyan and boutique coffee

I don't pretend at all.

I really like fine coffee.

Not only love to drink, but also fall in love with the process of brewing

Look at Peng Yuyan's "serious face".

This time the big shot in the coffee world can go on the hot search, ha ~

Mr. Hu Yuanzheng, a big shot

After doing a thing to the extreme

Now the industry knows him.

@ Hu Yuanzheng Jake

I've been in the industry since now.

All kinds of coffee knowledge learned.

There are only three sources.

First, I was taught directly.

Second, what is written in online materials and books

Third, I taught myself.

First, there are my teachers, my staff, my students, friends, contestants, judges, and people I don't admire. In fact, I tend to learn in this way when communicating with people. Because I like or admire him, I believe everything he says, and I don't want to examine it from a rational point of view at all. On the contrary, because I am not admired or convinced, I doubt everything I hear and do not want to accept the truth of the argument at all. It is often necessary to think about these things later and then absorb them.

Such a phenomenon, although not because of good face, but it will still delay things. Especially when I have a bad memory, I often can't remember the key points and arguments at the moment. In the end, it's probably just the impression of whether I like this person or not. And often, probably, my impression is deliberately created by others, or distorted by myself. I can't count it at all. Now I am gradually learning to think carefully about the reasons for the other party's argument and the motivation to do so. Then, in front of someone I totally trust, I degenerate into a child and act on intuition unless I am asked to use my brain to run it.

Second, read the materials and study. I used to be very good at this part, but now I am impatient. An article is often interrupted four or five times by other messages. Unless I immediately realize the value of the material, I will put down my phone (yes, I want to print it), take off my glasses (yes, I am presbyopia), and read and think carefully. Therefore, such information often explains the questions in my mind for a long time, or puts forward new issues and concepts. As a result, I will check the logic of the preface over and over again, and I will refer to the statements of other literatures, or even implement them to verify them.

Such a thing is very interesting! Because I don't have to talk to people, I can talk to myself, cross-examine and cross-examine impolitely. But the most regrettable thing is that I can't get further answers from the author right away. I have to answer my own questions on my own.

Third, self-study. For me, it's a self-question-and-answer process. I encountered a problem, whether I was asked, or I couldn't figure it out when I read a book, or when I was at work, the bean baker or raw bean threw me a question. I tend to draw up the questions first. If the question is right, it is often easy to find the answer and to judge whether or not. Also often will divide the question, because the small question is easy to make a big work, the small problem solves one by one, the big question answer will not be too far. Then begin to simulate the experiment in your head, imagining the possible outcome of each step. In the end, there is implementation. This is a habit I formed when I was a student, because it costs a lot of money to do experiments, and being able to imagine the logical structure and possible answers first will make the verification efficient and save money.

Self-taught answers are often the most authentic and wrong. Because I am true to myself, the result will be true. If I cover myself up, I will deceive myself and others. It all depends on whether you are smart enough to face yourself.

I am now

Can use all three methods.

It's just different preferences.

It's just a realistic condition.

Limits the possibility of my choice.

But to be honest,

I don't like getting along with people.

I like doing experiments best.

Just as the boss.

I have no choice

Everything should put the survival of the company first.

Then

Be able to satisfy your own questions.

That would be very happy.

Haha, 2018, there is a new goal!

I want to take a cup test with Peng Yuyan.

The cup and spoon are all ready.
