Java Java Nica is a Java breed successfully restored in Nicaragua (Ni) by Erwin, the current chief executive of the Mierishun family, and his father, Esteban Mierisch. When they were on their way to Juanetillo in Nicaragua, they passed a coffee organization: the UNICAFE's Coffee Lab. They saw a man standing by the side of the road, throwing away some old shovels and coffee seeds, so Esteban bought about 20 pounds of the seeds he was about to throw away. And take it back to ask their agronomist, the agronomist said that this is a rare variety, but because it is not resistant to disease, planting is not easy, the income is not good, and it is not popular. But this is an excellent variety and it is worth planting.
So in 2008, the Mierishuo family successfully harvested about eight bags of javanica, and so far they have planted it in the family's St. Hexi Manor, Miracle Manor and Lemon Tree Manor, but now they produce about 200 bags a year. Java Nica beans are slender, early Ethiopian LONGBERRY, and related to Tibica. At present, few people know this variety. Coffee has floral flavor, lemon, candy and good sense of balance. It is a very special product with African characteristics.
