The word "coffee coffee" comes from the Greek word "Kaweh", which means "strength and passion". When it comes to the origin of coffee in Yunnan, there are many versions of legends, the most widely circulated saying is that in 1892, during the reign of Guang Xu in the Qing Dynasty, the French missionary Tian Deneng brought small coffee seeds to Jugula Village, Binchuan County, Yunnan Province, where he successfully planted them.

Now Yunnan has become the only raw material base for high-quality coffee in China, accounting for more than 90% of the country's total coffee output.

In the cleaning process, coffee is produced under airtight negative pressure, which not only does not cause great pollution to the production environment, but also ensures that the products come into contact with the external environment as little as possible. At the same time, the production line is also equipped with coffee cleaning system, which is composed of vibrating screen and wind impurity removal system. Among them, the wind impurity removal system is the most effective, it is divided into two groups before and after roasting, removing lighter substances than coffee beans for the first time and heavier substances than roasted coffee beans for the second time.

The batching system of the production line has six raw material silos, which can mix six different styles of coffee beans into a fixed proportion according to the set proportion. There are also a variety of formulations in the control system.

In the baking process, the production line can directly heat coffee beans with hot air. With its high speed, high efficiency, uniform heating and raw coffee beans rubbing against each other, the coffee seed coat is effectively removed. The hot air is recycled to save energy and reduce consumption, and the impurities in coffee beans are removed in the process of circulation. The baking part of the equipment has a high degree of automation and only needs a monitoring personnel; the equipment has a self-check system, which automatically takes appropriate measures and displays them to the monitoring personnel in case of failure or abnormal situation.

After roasting, the coffee will continue to produce a large amount of gas, which takes about 14 hours, and can only be packaged after the process is completed. Coffee contains a lot of low saturated fat and is easy to oxidize. the ideal packaging method is to use aluminum-plastic composite film for vacuum packaging. After packing, it should be placed for one day to determine the packing effect. Roasted coffee beans produce gas for more than a month and cannot be packed in vacuum.
