Brief introduction of the event
This competition is the Taiwan trial of WSC (World siphon Coffee Competition) and the World siphon Coffee Competition sponsored by the Japanese Fine Coffee Association (SCAJ). The competition is limited to the siphon pot brewing three cups of comprehensive coffee and three cups of creative coffee a total of six cups of coffee within a limited period of 15 minutes, and six judges will grade them according to the accuracy of the brewing method and the flavor of the coffee. The final winner will represent Taiwan in the World siphon Coffee Competition to be held in Tokyo in September 2018. Taiwan's Yang Yishan won the first world siphon coffee championship for Taiwan last year, showing that Taiwan's coffee professionals have strong and super-standard world-class strength in the competition of boutique coffee. It is hoped that this year's representative contestants will continue to make good achievements for Taiwan.
A total of 15 people have signed up for the title of Taiwan trials this year. The preliminary competition will be held in Taichung at 7Universe 6. It is expected that the competition will be intense and intense. The top six will be produced after the preliminary competition, and the final will be held directly the next day to see who can go to Tokyo to compete with world champions for the title of world championship. The chief judge of this competition is Mr. Zeng Yihui, an international judge, who is officially recognized by the WSC and also serves as a judge in many World Cup coffee competitions. The World Cup experience and professionalism are recognized by the industry, while the conference manager is senior judge Hu Shanwei, and two experienced chief judges and conference managers preside over the competition. It can also ensure that the Taiwan trials are in line with the international World Cup.
