The sweetness of caramel, the aroma of baked nuts, the acidity of berries, all the characters are excellent and balanced in the mouth!

Carmo de Minas, a region with high elevations in Brazil, has been known for growing fine coffee in recent years. Recently, most of the refining methods are dry on the scaffolding, as long as they are produced at the evaluation meeting, most of them win the prize. The size of the farm in Carmo is very small in terms of Brazilian production, but the Sert ã o farm, to which Carmo belongs, is well organized.

"Sert ã o Farm" is actually a group of several family farms that come together like peasant associations. In the competition, the Sert ã o farm takes part in the competition and has won the Cup of Excellent award for many years since 2002.

In the past, due to a fatal flaw, the potential for this land to produce high-quality coffee was buried. What kind of defect was it? It is the fact that the harvest season happens to be the rainy season. It was not until recent years that Carmo de Minas began to set up washing equipment to overcome the congenital adverse conditions when it learned that the Cerrado area adopted a water washing method different from the traditional sun treatment. Coupled with the farmers' enthusiasm and love for the land, coffee beans with such fine fragrance were bred. The coffee beans produced by the Carmo farm are really very special, unlike Brazil in personality, but with a fruit flavor similar to that of African coffee beans.
