First wrap the hand net with aluminum film (which should be the aluminum film used in the oven barbecue). After hearing the sound of 1 explosion, tear off the aluminum film, change to direct fire, and then wait for 2 explosions. Then it is to adjust the time and the pot.

The original explanation is that the taste will be smoother than that of pure fire. But my friends in China said it was a little unreasonable. He had to watch the color change all the time before the explosion, so he couldn't see the inside if he wrapped the aluminum film. 2, the silver skins are kept inside until the end of the first explosion, it will be scorched.
